Carroll College is a small Catholic college in Helena, Montana. More than a third of their 2022 graduates earned degrees in health professions and related programs (NCES).


Affordability: Carroll has a fairly low overall net price ($24,285) and offers generous aid. According to NCES data, 100% of freshman were awarded, on average, $26,002 in college grants and scholarships for the 2020-21 school year. However, most students also take out student loans (56% of freshman borrowed an average of $6,809 in 2020-21). Carroll is most affordable for higher-income families.
